Mr. Zinger is a highly seasoned executive. He has served as CEO of Ayalon Insurance company (Israel's 6th largest insurance group) and several of its subsidiaries. Prior to that Mr. Zinger has served as Active Chairman of the insurance-related holdings of the Davidoff Group as well as active chairman of  Femi Premium. He also served as CEO of Omri Insurance group and Madanes Insurance agency. 

 

Mr. Zinger has proven capabilities and experience in raising a company's value and increasing its scope of business. Lead management and motivate work teams, proficient in the general management of an organization, possess a macro and business-oriented perspective. Knowledgeable in consumer lines and commercial products. Capable of adapting the organization to dynamic markets, proactive and creative thinker. Experienced in setting up and operating corporate systems. Goal-driven seasoned executive, thorough and diligent in overcoming challenges.

Before founding Value-Focused Investments, Mr. Lotan has spent six years leading Atara Investment Company Limited, the primary real investment arm of a leading Israeli insurance group. Throughout this period Mr. Lotan had led the company into various areas of investments, from financial services, technology companies, venture capital funds as well as real estate. The company served as the spearhead of alternative investments for the insurance asset management group. Mr. Lotan has led the transactions as well as took active part as an executive and non-executive board member.

 

Mr. Lotan served over the years as Executive Chairman, Chairman, Director, Board Observer of various Public and Private companies in the fields of software, telecommunications, medical devices, services, and insurance; as well as Investment Committee Member of Israel's leading Provident funds.

Mr. Lotan holds B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Tel-Aviv University (cum laude), and MBA from Brunel University, UK.

 

Mr. Lotan voluntarily serves as Executive Chairman of Shiluvim Alumni Association of the Faculty of Engineering at Tel-Aviv Univeristy (TAU). Additionally, Mr. Lotan serves as a member of the steering committee of the Industry Affiliates Program of Faculty of Engineering at TAU. 

Dan Falk has served as one of our statutory outside directors since 2001. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Falk was President and Chief Operating Officer of Sapiens International Corporation N.V. From 1985 to 1999, Mr. Falk served in various positions in Orbotech Ltd., the last of which were Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. From 1973 to 1985, he served in several executive positions in the Israel Discount Bank. Mr. Falk also serves as the Chairman of ORAD Hi-Tech Systems Ltd., and serves on the board of directors of Orbotech Ltd., Ormat Technologies Inc., Attunity Ltd. and Nova Measuring Systems Ltd. 

Mr. Falk holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science and a Master's degree in Business Administration, both from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem. 

Mr. Binder has over 30 years of products development and IP development and management in the Hi-Tech industry. Yehuda Binder Founded SercoNet Ltd. in 1998 and has been its President since June 2002. Mr. Binder serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of SerCoNet Ltd. He has over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurial startup companies. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer until June 2002. Mr. Binder also co-founded Orckit Communications. Before Orckit, he was with Indigo, following his service as an officer in the Israel Naval Forces. He holds 9 patents and has many more that are pending.

Mr. Binder holds a BSc. in Electronic Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel, a MSc. E.E and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Mr. Dotan has over 28 years of extensive experience in developing communication systems and leading software and state-of-the-art technology entities. 

 

In 2000, Mr. Dotan co-founded Neurone Ventures II, which later became PNV (Platinum Neurone Ventures) a $105M, Israeli VC Fund. Prior to that, in 1997 he co-founded and was Partner of Neurone Ventures I. Neurone was one of the pioneer seed-investing firms in the venture capital industry in Israel. 

 

From 1980 to 1997, Mr. Dotan held various senior positions in Rafael, the largest R&D center in Israel, and a branch of the Ministry of Defense. From 1994 to 1997, he was Corporate Vice President at Rafael.

 

In the last 10 years Mr. Dotan served as Chairman of three private companies and as a director for eight public and private companies. Mr. Dotan had a leading role in the IPO of CMT Medical, the acquisition of Xosoft by Computer Associates (CA) and the acquisition of Shellcase by Tessera. 

 

Mr. Dotan holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, (1976) and an MBA from Long Island University (1979) in New York.

Moshe Horev
 
 

Moshe is a leading figure in Israel’s high-tech arena. In 1996, he founded Oracle Israel and served as the Managing Director of Oracle Israel and Vice President for Oracle Corporation for 18 years. Prior to this,Moshe served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hewlett-Packard in Israel. He served as the Head of the Israel Ministry of Defense Research and Development Electronic Division, Head of the Air Force Avionics and Armament Division as a Colonel and the Head of the Guided Weapon System Office of the Israeli Air Force where he received the Israel Defense Award from the President of Israel for his leadership in a critical R&D program. Moshe holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Air Force Institute Of Technology in Dayton OH, both with honors.
